No. Rapport routes its output through your ordinary microphone input, so as far as the meeting is concerned you are simply talking. The other participants need ears, and nothing else — no install, no account, no link to click, and nothing for their IT department to approve.
Yes. Subscriptions are managed in your account settings and there is no cancellation penalty. If you cancel mid-period you keep the plan until the period you have already paid for runs out, and then drop to Starter rather than losing access.
Rapport tells you before it happens, not after — the dock counts down, and the last few minutes are called out while you can still decide what to do about them. When the minutes are gone, translation stops and the meeting carries on without it. Nothing is cut off mid-sentence, and nothing is charged automatically.
